We’re rebuilding stop loss recovery from the ground up

Transforming how our clients understand, manage, and navigate medical stop loss.

Our clients receive reimbursements daily

We’re a small team in New York City rethinking how medical stop loss actually gets done. Today the work happens by hand: spreadsheets, shared files, and long email threads with every carrier.

TPAs are the backbone of the self-funded industry and have been doing this work for decades, but stop loss teams are struggling. New hires take months to train, and when a long-tenured person leaves, the knowledge leaves with them.

Our mission is to make stop loss reimbursements more efficient and predictable for everyone involved: TPAs, carriers, MGUs, MGAs, captives, and plan sponsors. Today we automate parts of a TPA’s operation. Our vision is to reshape how the whole industry manages medical stop loss.

Korva watches every group, member, and policy, so what used to be a TPA’s Achilles heel becomes the most predictable part of the operation.

Our founders

“We started Korva because stop loss is the highest stakes part of a self-funded plan, and it’s still done by hand.”
